Six specialist AI agents working in concert to fix algorithmic bias in hiring: privacy guardian anonymizes profiles, bias detector scans job descriptions for linguistic and structural bias patterns, skill verifier validates evidence and assigns confidence scores, candidate matcher generates objective rankings, credential issuer mints W3C Verifiable Credentials with SHA-256 integrity proofs, and the orchestrator synthesizes the final ADVANCE / HOLD / REJECT decision — all streamed live to the frontend via WebSocket.

Single-process Python monolith: FastAPI + WebSocket + Next.js 15 static export served by one uvicorn process. Each agent registers a DID on the Zynd Protocol registry at startup for authenticated inter-agent identity. PostgreSQL (Azure Flexible Server) in production, SQLite locally.
